Dallas, Texas 09/23/2014 (ustradevoice) – Millennial Media, Inc. (NYSE:MM) has signed a definite agreement for acquiring Nexage in a deal valued at $107.5 million in stock and cash. Nexage is a mobile ssp that provides real-time-bidding to consumers. The technology helps the consumers to automate the selling and buying of mobile advertising.  The company will now provide the programmatic and RTB solutions to publishers, developers and advertisers. The objective is to design a full-stack solution that can operate independent exchange and maximize the return for publishers.

Gold Reserve Inc. (OTCMKTS:GDRZF) has received a favorable ruling from the World Bank arbitration court which states that Venezuela will have to pay $8840 million to Gold Reserve for the mine takeover in 2008. The payment is connected with the expropriation of Gold Reserve’s Brisas gold project and is due immediately. Gold Reserve is taking necessary steps to ensure collection and recognition as per the ruling. Doug Belanger, President of Gold Reserve, said that the company feels is delighted with the tribunal’s clear conclusion.

Solar3D Inc (OTCMKTS:SLTD) highlighted the benefits of owning solar systems rather than leasing them. Nowadays, it is a growing trend among residential and commercial users to own the solar system. The users get the best price when they buy solar systems. Also, they get the other benefits from state and city tax breaks based on their residence. The users get the government support and state-provided cash rebates when they buy the system. The end of federal tax incentives and simplified means of ownership will encourage the people to buy solar systems.

Solar Power Inc (OTCMKTS:SOPW) will develop 19MW of solar project capacity in Shandong. It Xinyu Xinwei Energy unit will develop four rooftop systems. The two systems will be at 4.5 megawatts, and the other two will be at 5 megawatts. The construction will start in this month and will be completed by the end of the current year.
